SUMMARY:Mindful Moments with Myra
DESCRIPTION:Mindful Moments with Myra is a drop-in psychoeducational group for people experiencing anxiety\, depression\, or the effects of trauma.\nSessions will include mindfulness meditations\, grounding techniques\, journaling and gratitude practice. \nMyra works as a Sexual Assault Services (SAS) Program Coordinator for Campbell River Family Services Society\, providing services to Campbell River & Nootka Sound. \nPlease note that this group may discuss topics related to mental health that may be upsetting to some. \nOpen to all genders\, and individuals 13+.
