DESCRIPTION:Are you preparing to leave your child home alone? The Home Alone Program covers topics such as establishing a routine\, keeping house keys and door codes safe\, strangers\, dealing with emergencies\, basic first-aid\, and internet safety. \n  \nChildren actively participate in small group discussions\, problem-solving\, role-playing\, and instructor-led demonstrations. If schedules allow\, we will have a first responder visitor to help explain what to do in case of an emergency. \nParticipants must be 10 years of age\, or 9 and turning 10 in 2025. Spaces are limited\, and registration is required:\nPlease email info@goldrivercommunityservices.org\nCourse Cost: $25.00.\nDinner included.
